This welder's leather apron is made of tan cowhide split leather, with a suede look. It covers the chest and comes down to the knees. The split leather is supple and moves with you.
A cotton strap goes around your neck. Two ties, also in cotton, are knotted at the back of the waist. Nothing else to adjust.
Under the apron, choose cotton clothing rather than synthetic fabrics. Tie the ties firmly: it stays flat against you when you lean over the workpiece.
