This asymmetric Parisian apron is worn on the diagonal: the bib rises on one side only, held by a strap over the left shoulder. It falls to near the knee. Ties hold it at the waist.
A buckle adjusts its length. The strap also detaches, as do the ties, which are cut from the apron fabric.
On the chest, a loop keeps your pen within reach. The pocket, sewn at an angle on the right, takes your order pad. Its twill fabric, a blend of polyester and cotton, can be machine washed at 60 °C, then tumble dried.
Adjust the strap before service. The top edge of the bib should sit below the collarbone, without pulling on your shoulder.
