On a hospital ward, in a care home or at the surgery, a nurse tunic is often chosen in the team's colour. This one comes in seventeen shades. The cut stays the same. The V-neck is edged in white, as are the ends of the short sleeves. A chest pocket holds a pen, and two lower pockets take scissors and a tourniquet. Vertical seams follow the line of the bust.
The garment's chest measures 102 cm in size S, then 6 cm more for each size, up to 126 cm in XXL. The tunic stops at the hips, at around 70 cm long.
For a team, start with a strong shade, navy or dark green: the white piping stands out clearly and the group can be recognised from a distance. Just for you, lilac or light green stay soft in a patient's room.
