You judge a men's kitchen apron after an hour of wear, at the back of your neck. This one has no neck strap: two leather straps rest on your shoulders and cross at the back. The apron stops above the knee, and ties in a contrasting colour fasten at the waist.
The straps are attached to the apron with press studs. You unclip them, and the canvas, in cotton and recycled polyester, is washed without them: the leather never has to go in the machine.
Black and steel blue go with any outfit. Cinnamon, moss green and aubergine have more character and stand out more in an open kitchen.
