In the middle of a busy service, nobody has time to readjust their professional kitchen apron. This one adjusts with a buckle on the neck strap: find the right bib height on day one and you won't need to touch it again. It covers you from chest to knees.
On the front, a wide patch pocket is divided into two compartments: your order pad in one, pens and markers in the other. The seams are reinforced where the fabric pulls, and the cotton and polyester canvas stands up to hot washes.
In a restaurant, plan on two per person: one to wear, one in the wash.
