Between the anvil and the workbench, this blacksmith apron keeps your tools on you. On the bib, a divided 19 cm pocket takes a pencil and a marker. Lower down, a wide 40 cm pocket runs right across the stomach, with compartments for pliers and spanners. Made of cowhide leather and lined inside, it reaches down to the knee.
Crossed at the back, the cotton straps spread the weight of the leather across both shoulders. Buckles adjust their length.
With a coal forge, choose black: soot and scale barely show on it. Brown keeps the look of raw leather, at the cost of more visible marks.
